A Spin-off from the dessert menu of it's sister company Memphis Style BBQ Co , Suga Shane's has taken off by storm. Appearing in Season 4 of Dessert Wars 2023 the young creative crew led by Suga Shane himself found themselves advancing to the Semifinal Regional Round in their own backyard over in Tampa. The results were more than exciting as the crew took 3rd Place People's Choice landing them in the TOP 48 and the 2023 National Championship in Atlanta!
The excitement comtinued as the crew blew the competition away and nearly won the championship. Suga Shane's was one of just 5 baking teams that landed in BOTH the People's & Judge's Top 20 with a #7 in People's & #16 in Judge's for a 4th BEST FINISH among the 48 finalist!!
Not but 2 weeks after Dessert Wars ended, Suga Shane's participated in the world wide contest The Greatest Baker where over 50,000 bakers duled it out online for votes and while we came up short we did finish in the TOP 1% and came real close to winning!
2024 has lots more excitement as we have been invited back to Dessert Wars Season 5 ansd we have no intention coming back home without that Championship and BIG MONEY! We certainly are ezxpecting to get our store front open in Largo ASAP!!
